These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the ‘Enquire Book Travel Promotion’ (“Promotion”) offered by Spare Group Pty Ltd (“VenueNow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in this Promotion, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before entering the Promotion.

1. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and older who reside in Australia.
2. The Promotion begins 9.00am Thursday 5th October 2023 and ends on 5.00pm 20th December 2023 (Sydney time), unless extended by VenueNow (“Promotion Period”).
3. You must send an enquiry to a venue via VenueNow and subsequently book that venue or it’s affiliated venues for the particular event you have enquired for during the Promotional Period. The event date may be outside of Promotional Period.
4. If you have contacted the venue or it’s affiliated venues before enquiring via VenueNow, you will not qualify for the offer. The enquiry for the event must strictly originate from VenueNow.
5. The contracted minimum spend for the event must be equal to or greater than $2,000 AUD (including food and drinks, venue hire and accommodation).
6. For bookings between $2,000 AUD and $14,999.99 AUD, a $100 AUD Luxury Escapes gift card (“Gift Card”) will be issued. Bookings equal to or greater than $15,000 AUD will qualify for a $250 AUD Luxury Escapes Gift Card.
7. Before issuing the Gift Card, VenueNow will verify with the venue that you qualify for the Promotion by confirming with the venue that the event contract/agreement form has been signed, your deposit has been paid and received, the enquiry originated from VenueNow, and the minimum contracted spend amount.
8. If you qualify for the Promotion, VenueNow will send you an email to the email address you provided during the enquiry process to claim the Gift Card. You will have 14 days to claim the Gift Card.
9. Once you have claimed the Gift Card, VenueNow will issue you the Gift Card via email within 14 days.
10. By accepting the Gift Card, you agree to the Luxury Escape Gift Card terms and conditions as outlined at the following link https://luxuryescapes.com/au/giftcards-terms
11. Spare Group Pty Ltd trading as VenueNow is the sole promoter of this promotion and holds all liability for the promotion and fulfilment.
12. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions by VenueNow.
13. The Gift Card is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. VenueNow shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the participation in the Promotion or the use of the Gift Card.
15. VenueNow reserves the right to terminate or alter this Promotion at any time without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or force majeure events.
16. Any personal information collected during the Promotion will be used in accordance with VenueNow’s Privacy Policy.
17. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. VenueNow reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
